�winner;Despite losing his third-round lead with bogeys on his first two holes Sunday, Scotland’s Paul Lawrie came back to shoot a final-round 70 and win the Andalucia Open for his first victory in nearly nine years. Lawrie finished at 12-under 268 to beat Johan Edfors by one and Felipe Aguilar by two. Lawrie, the 1999 British Open champ, hadn’t won on the European Tour in 232 starts, dating to the 2002 Celtic Manor Wales Open.

ing his lead to Mark Foster, Lawrie righted himself on Sunday’s back nine with four birdies in five holes, including three in a row at Nos. 10, 11 and 12. He regained his lead and even built enough of a cushion to withstand a bogey 5 on the last hole.
