in a women’s major with a
19-under 269 at the lpga
championship at locust hill
cc in pittsford, n.y. tseng,
22, fired a final-round 66
to win by 10 strokes over
morgan pressel. tseng
missed a 12-foot birdie putt
on the 72nd hole that would
have gotten her to 20 under
par. it was the fourth career
major for tseng, and her
second lpga championship crown. she is one of
six women with four major
titles, tied for 15th all time.
� noteworthy it was the
second straight dominating
performance at the lpga
championship. in 2010, cristie kerr won by 12 strokes.
