came to the travelers with just one
top- 25 in 13 starts in 2012, prompting
him to return to the odyssey white
hot Xg 330 mallet he used in shooting 59 during his win at the 2010
greenbrier classic. “i was chasing
around, moving putters,” said appleby, who finished t- 18 at the travelers.
“didn’t know when i was going to hit
the hole. it just started sapping the
energy. i went back to the putter i
had the 59 with and tried to keep the
game as simple as it can be.”
